Friends of St Mary's Church Wreay

In recognition of the unique character of our church and the national and international interest known to exist with regard to the building and its history, we have established a ‘Friends’ society for St Mary’s Church. It will support the Parochial Church Council in the maintenance, preservation, repair and improvement of the fabric, fittings and furniture of the church by way of raising funds and will invite and receive contributions by way of education, research, publications, meetings and other appropriate events.

The annual meeting of the 'Friends' will take place in St Mary's Church on Saturday 22nd September 2012.
